These moveable 42" delineator posts have two 3" reflective collars made of 3M Scotchlite retro reflective material for safety you can count on. Note the T-design on the top of the post and the slot on the bottom of the post to wrap barricade tape around or through. The base is weighted at 12 pounds, to prevent tip overs. The posts are tested and certified to meet the crash-worthy requirements of NHCRP-350.
