Q:So it will go around legs from 15" to 20",' correct?
A:They are meant to be worn around the ankle or lower leg and will adjust from about 7" at the smallest to 14" at the largest.

Q:Is it reflective all the way around, or just in the front?
A:Yes the leg bands are fully reflective all the way around, besides for a small area were the Velcro is on the center end.
