A:I have measured the chest size on the Jogalite standard vest for you. The vests are the kind that go over the head. so they should technically fit anyone - but the larger ones will cover more. They also have an elastic on the sides by the waist that close with velcro to secure the vest. The medium is 12 1/2 inches wide in the front and in the back. The large is 13 1/4 inches in the front and in the back.
