It is non-incendiary and can be used in situations where typical flares would be too dangerous. The Traffic Master Glow Baton© is waterproof and is appropriate for use in and around water. The Model GB100HD has a Glow, Flash, and Strobe type light pattern with Red LEDs, all controlled with the ease of one button! Rubber hand grip so it stays where it belongs - in your hand! LED bulbs last 100,000 hours. Batteries last up to 72 hours on Steady mode, and 144 hours on Flash or Strobe modes.
